On the cart page, you'll find a small box to the right titled "Order Notes". If you're looking to add a note to your order, simply click inside the box and type it in.
Your note will then be seen by our team during order fulfillment and handled appropriately :).
IMPORTANT - Please verify that the note is reflected on your order confirmation email. If you cannot see the note in your email, we can't see it either.
Your order will always be fulfilled as shown in your order confirmation email. That being said, if you find a note is missing or need to make any other changes to your order, please respond to the order confirmation email as quickly as possible so that we can help.
Please keep in mind that we cannot always add notes to an order after the fact. Once an order is in the process of being fulfilled, any items already cut will be kept as is.
