What's the longest continuous cut of fabric I can get?

Effective 6/1/17, 20 yds is the maximum length of ANY cut and folded fabric item (*10 yds for Cuben Fiber/DCF fabrics). This means that our standard procedure will be to cut ALL fabrics at 20 yds and then make a separate cut for any additional length. For example, if you order 24 yards, you will receive a 20 yard cut, and a 4 yard cut.

If you are ordering larger amounts and have specific cut requirements, we can make cuts that work for you, but you MUST list these reqts in the notes section of the order. These notes can be added on the cart page. Please see this post for instructions on how to add a note.

Example: Say you're making 3 tarps out of 1.1 oz Silpoly. You're going to need 24 yds total in materials, but you plan on cutting the 24 yds into 3 x 8 yd cuts. To ensure that you don't get an unworkable splice, you would need to put "3 x 8 yds 1.1 oz Silpoly" into the notes section of the order.

We will NOT cut the 24 yds into 3 x 8 yd cuts, but we will make cuts that work for your requirements. For instance, if your note says "3 x 8 yds 1.1 oz Silpoly" we will cut and ship a 16-yard cut, and an 8 yard cut, for a total of 24 yards.

If you need longer lengths of material, consider having your fabric shipped on a roll or purchasing a full roll of material at wholesale
