When navigating to the cart page to complete your order, you will see a summary of shipping estimates near the bottom of the page. It should look something like this:

On very rare occasions, errant shipping rates can be served on the cart page and/or at order checkout. For example, you could be offered FREE overnight shipping or the displayed rates could be substantially different from actual carrier charges.

These errant rates are often caused by momentary technical glitches when communicating with the shipping carrier's rate server (e.g. FedEx or USPS), international orders containing bulky items such as insulation, and the like.

If by chance this happens on your order, we will contact you directly, inform you of the errant rate quote, and provide alternative and correctly priced shipping options.

Unfortunately, these situations are out of our control and as a result we cannot honor any errant shipping quotes that you may receive. We do apologize for the inconvenience and thank you in advance for your understanding and patience!
