7/1/2020 Update - Due to increases cased of COVID-19 across the area, and the state, all local pickup services will remain suspended.

What are your hours for local pickup?

M-Th- 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
F - 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Can I place an order on site?

Not yet.   All orders must be placed online using the "Local Pickup" Option. 

Can I have a tour or meet with someone when I pick up my order? 

Unfortunately, in order to maintain an efficient workflow on our fulfillment floor, we will not be able to provide tours or meetings when you pick up your order. 

Can I see samples of various colors and fabrics? 

Not yet.  We will be making a retail space/reception area in the near future.  

Can returns or order issues be processed on-site?

At this time, we only offer local pickup as a way to simplify and add convenience to the shipping process for those that are close to our facility. This is a way to save on shipping costs and lead times. Our Local Pickup program is not currently set up to handle returns or order-related issues.

Any return/refunds/issues should be sent through our online ticketing system, or by email to sales@ripstopbytheroll.com. This will ensure the fastest and most efficient solution to any problems that may occur.

Why is local shipping popping up for me when I live outside of the area?

We are located in Durham, NC and this is the only location to pick-up orders. Local pickup should only be an option if you live in NC, TN, VA, GA, and SC.   

I'll be visiting the area or I want a friend/relative to pick up my order, how can I get a local pickup option for my order?

If local pickup isn't triggering for you, and you'd like to use our local pickup option, simply set your shipping address to:

From there, refresh your shipping options, and local pickup should be an option.

How long will you hold my package? 

We will hold packages for 3 weeks prior to reaching out to you. 

Can I have my local pickup order shipped?

We understand that plans change, or perhaps you Local pickup was selected in error during checkout. If that's the case, we'll happily send out your package to you.  We'll send you an invoice for the shipping fees you would have been given during checkout.

Please note:  All orders that use "Local Pickup" during checkout will be handled as local pickup.  Please do not leave notes asking us to combine it with a previous shipped order, we will not combine orders for any reason.   We will not be reaching out to customers who select local pickup until the 3-week mark as mentioned above.
