What is your return policy?

Return Shipping Fees

The customer is solely responsible for all return shipping fees.   

Returns:  Returns for a refund are accepted for 60 days from the day you receive your order. We feel this is more than adequate time for your order to arrive and for you to inspect/review/test it.

For cut yardage and components: Returns/exchanges will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

For Full Rolls:  Returns/exchanges of full rolls will be subject to a $25 restocking fee per roll. 

If your order shipped for free, all shipping fees will be withheld from refunds on returned/exchanged materials. 

In order to return any items to us we ask you do the following:

  • Return the item 100% unused, in new condition. 
  • Incur all costs associated with shipping back to us**.  We do not pay return shipping and we suggest you ship back to us with tracking.  We are not responsible for items lost during return transit. Shipping insurance does not cover return shipping. 
  • Ship items back to us packaged as we sent them to you.  
  • Include a note detailing your order number and the reason for the return.

**If you received the wrong item in error we will pay to ship both ways and make it right with you. Replacement orders resulting from a floor error will be shipped via the same method as the original order. 

OutdoorINK / OmniColor returns. 

Sales on Print on Demand items (Fabric, webbing, kits, etc) are final. Returns on these items will not be accepted. 

Exchange shipping and restocking fees:

The customer is solely responsible for all return shipping fees.  Exchanges are subject to the same 15% restocking fee on cut yardage as returns.  Additionally, you will be invoiced for the cost to ship your replacement item/items. 

Exchanges:  Exchanges are accepted for 60 days from the date of your order. We feel this is more than adequate time for your order to arrive and for you to inspect/review it and see that it is what you expected.

In order to return any items to us we ask you do the following:

  • Return the item 100% unused, in new condition. You can return partial orders, but only unused portions will be refunded. 
  • Incur all costs associated with shipping back to us.  We do not pay return shipping and we suggest you ship back to us with tracking.  We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
  • Ship items back to us packaged as we sent them to you.   
  • Include a note detailing your order number, what material/color you'd like to exchange it for.  


The replacement shipment will be held until the restocking and shipping invoice is paid.
