Tracking Delays and Insurance Claims

It doesn't happen often, but sometimes our shipping carriers route a package in weird ways.   While we understand the frustration of shipping delays, unfortunately, once the package leaves our facility there is nothing we can do. 

Sometimes scans are missed, items are put on the wrong trucks, or not taken off a truck at the correct location. Shipping times are also affected by weather, disasters, holidays, and a number of other reasons. 

The shipping speed estimates on our site are based on the estimates provided to us by the carrier.  But they are just that:  Estimates. Because of this, we cannot guarantee delivery dates on any order.
