I'm looking for information regarding flame retardants in tent/tarp fabrics. Do the fabrics come with flame retardants already applied? Always? Never? Optional? Just curious where in the process of manufacturing tents is the flame retardant usually applied? By the fabric manufacturer before shipping the material to the tent manufacturer? Or by the tent manufacturer after receiving the fabric?
Would be nice to have the composite fabrics here too.
